Terms of Service
Please read these Terms carefully before using VioTrack. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. About VioTrack
VioTrack Ltd ("VioTrack", "we", "us") operates a compliance intelligence platform that aggregates and presents Nigerian vehicle compliance data from multiple government sources. We also facilitate compliance renewals, government fee payments, and insurance product applications through our platform.
Our platform is available via web (viotrack.africa) and WhatsApp. We are based in Lagos, Nigeria.
2. Eligibility
You may use VioTrack if you are:
- 18 years of age or older
- A legal entity (company, partnership, or organisation) with authority to enter into binding agreements
- Using the platform for lawful purposes only
By using VioTrack, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. The Free Compliance Check Service
VioTrack provides a free public service to check the compliance status of Nigerian vehicle registrations. This service:
- Is provided free of charge, with no registration required
- Displays data aggregated from government sources (FRSC, AutoReg, MVA, KWIRS, PayVis, AskNIID)
- Is provided for informational purposes; the authoritative record is always held by the relevant government agency
- May have a lag of up to 24 hours from government source updates
4. Compliance Renewal and Payment Services
When you use VioTrack to renew vehicle documents or pay government fees:
- We facilitate payment on your behalf to the relevant government agency
- We charge the exact government fee — no markup, no hidden charges
- A service convenience fee may apply for certain transactions; this will always be disclosed before payment
- Electronic documents will be delivered within 24 hours of successful payment
- Physical documents, where applicable, within 72 hours in Lagos and 5 business days nationwide
- Payments are processed by Paystack (a licensed payment service provider)
5. Insurance Services
Insurance products offered through VioTrack are provided by licensed Nigerian insurance companies. VioTrack acts as an insurance broker/agent. By purchasing insurance through our platform:
- You acknowledge that the insurance contract is between you and the underwriting insurer, not VioTrack
- Policy terms, conditions, and exclusions are those of the underwriting insurer
- VioTrack earns a brokerage commission from the insurer, not from you
- Claims must be made directly with the insurer according to the policy terms
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Attempt to scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the platform without our written permission

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
VioTrack aggregates data from government sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep this data accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that government data is complete, error-free, or up-to-date at all times. Specifically:
- A "compliant" status on VioTrack reflects what government records show; it does not constitute legal proof of compliance
- Government systems may have delayed updates; a recent renewal may not be reflected immediately
- Discrepancies between VioTrack's data and official government records should be resolved by contacting the relevant government agency directly
VioTrack is not liable for enforcement actions, fines, or legal consequences arising from reliance on our platform data. For legal or enforcement matters, always verify compliance directly with the issuing government agency.
